About
Life can sometimes be very difficult. If you find yourself struggling in a relationship, or feeling lonely, anxious, or depressed, whatever your reasons—therapy can help!
I provide a confidential and non-judgmental environment where you can begin to process feelings and thoughts that you may not have been ready to talk about until now.
Talking with a trained professional, instead of friends and family, can be very useful in becoming aware of yourself in a new way, and in untangling issues in your life.
We will work together to create new possibilities through honest and open conversation. Such conversation is often about discovering connections and becoming more aware of unconscious patterns of behavior. New possibilities often arise because we show up more consciously to these situations.
I look forward to talking with you!
I offer a warm, safe, and confidential environment. We will begin our journey together by exploring the areas of your life in which you are experiencing difficulties. We do this at a pace that is right for you. I usually meet in my office with clients once or twice a week for a 50-minute session.
I have personally experienced many of my own issues and challenges in life.
Over 30 years ago, I went into therapy to deal with some of my own struggles and learned to become aware of things I was previously unaware of. In doing so, I was able to make the changes needed to live a fuller life.
I made the decision to train as a psychotherapist so that I could assist others seeking to make changes in their lives.
