During this work, your developing self-awareness heals and promotes growth in a safe space. We work to understand your uniqueness and co-create the lasting change you seek.

At times we can be strangers to ourselves; our actions and responses seem mysteriously out of place and "not me”. If we can slow down enough to approach these moments with curiosity and without judgement, perhaps we no longer have to remain under the thumb of our feelings. Therapy helps slow things down.
