Spadina Therapy Centre | 37 Spadina Rd | Toronto | ON | M5R 2S9
Some of our own feelings, concerns, and behaviours may mystify or trouble us. We may have difficulty exploring and understanding these things on our own. Speaking about them with someone who is trained to listen and respond in a specifically therapeutic way can be helpful.
Psychotherapy sessions are private, collaborative, improvisational, and unique to every client and therapist relationship.
I work to hear, understand, and respond to what each client brings to our time together on that particular day, in that particular hour which we have set aside to reflect upon the client’s unique experience.
I am a graduate of the Centre for Training in Psychotherapy. Studying acting and writing brought me to psychotherapy and, in turn, to the practice of psychotherapy. I have raised a family. I have also worked in business, education, and the not-for-profit sector.
I would be happy to provide you with more information about my therapy practice. I am currently offering phone and virtual sessions. In-person sessions at my office in Toronto near Bloor and Spadina may be a future possibility. You can contact me by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 416 762 0128.
