If you’re here, something feels hard right now and you’re looking for support. That’s worth acknowledging.
Therapy with me isn’t about dissecting what’s “wrong” with you. It’s about making space to breathe, to understand yourself more clearly, and to reconnect with the steadiness that stress or pain may have buried.
I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, identity questions, addiction, and major life transitions. Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to sort through it alone.
We meet once or twice a week for 50-minute sessions; either in person at my central Toronto office (Dupont & Spadina, in the Annex) or online, whichever feels more comfortable for you.
I practice psychodynamic therapy. In plain terms: we pay attention not just to what’s happening in your life, but to patterns underneath and the ways your history, relationships, and emotions shape how you see yourself and the world. This kind of work goes deeper than quick fixes, which is why therapy often unfolds over years rather than months.
What that looks like for you:
We move at your pace. Nothing is forced.
I came to this work through my lived experience. Having spent over twenty years in my own therapy where I uncovered old patterns and learned to meet myself with less harshness-I know firsthand how much can shift when someone really listens.
That personal journey is what drew me to train at the Centre for Training in Psychotherapy (CTP) in Toronto, where I studied psychodynamic approaches in depth. But the training only deepened something I’d been curious about my whole life: how our thoughts, feelings, and early experiences shape the way we move through the world and how we can change that.
I don’t pretend to have all the answers. What I offer is steady presence, genuine curiosity about your experience, and a commitment to walking alongside you as you find your own.
Book a free 20-minute consultation on Zoom. No commitment, no pressure—just a chance to ask questions, share a little about what’s going on, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
I currently have online daytime appointments available.
