This is an insight-oriented approach which helps individuals understand and process their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, leading to lasting and meaningful change.
I provide psychotherapy for individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and family difficulties including relationship challenges. I also work with individuals who are experiencing difficulties with stress, loneliness, self-esteem and trauma. All are welcome.

My office is easily accessible for clients seeking in-person psychotherapy in Toronto, with free parking available. If you’re taking transit, my office is a 10-minute walk from Christie Station (Bloor-Danforth Line) and just 5 minutes from the College streetcar, making it convenient for those in the Annex, Liberty Village, Trinity-Bellwoods, Downtown and the West End.
Virtual psychotherapy sessions are also available for clients anywhere in Ontario.
