In our busy lives the opportunities to stop and reflect can feel scarce. Therapy is a space to do just that: to make sense of your experiences, to cultivate the capacity to self-reflect, and to open your mind to the things you don’t yet know about yourself.
We combine this with a psychotherapist’s attentive and particular way of listening to you and engaging with you. In that you may find access to your strength and resilience and the freedom to move away from old patterns. You may discover what enlivens you, and more fully engage in the areas of love, work, and play.
If you are looking for deep, lasting change and are curious to find out what that means for you, this is the place to start.
We will speak honestly about a variety of things as they emerge for you, from daily life to childhood memories, from hopes to fears, from moments of crisis to seemingly insignificant anecdotes.
We meet weekly in the mutual project of getting to know you better, and in that, work towards giving you the possibility of change.
I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree and experience working in business. I understand the pressures of the business world and challenges of corporate life.
My years teaching yoga developed my sense of our bodily experiences in the world. As a birth doula, my involvement in supporting, guiding, and witnessing one of the most intense and fundamental human experiences informs my presence in the therapy room.
I’m deeply committed to the integrity of the psychotherapy work we do together.
