In this work we collaboratively explore your unique challenges, goals, and strengths, generating insight into your emotional patterns and thought processes. Together, working with whatever you bring forward in sessions, we explore and address the underlying issues that may be affecting your mental and emotional well-being. Threaded into this work is our therapeutic relationship, which plays an integral role in allowing new awareness of how you are with others to arise. My ultimate goal is to support you on your journey towards self-discovery and personal growth to lead a more fulfilling, balanced life.
As a psychodynamic psychotherapist, I practice medium to long-term therapy. I work with individuals in 50-minute virtual sessions, generally meeting weekly or biweekly.
