    Psychotherapy entails a thoughtful examination of whatever might be troubling you, within a secure and non-judgmental environment. It offers a structured approach to identifying persistent obstacles.

    If you desire change but are uncertain about how to achieve it, therapy can clarify your sense of purpose, strengthen your self-awareness, enrich your connections with both self and others, and refine your worldview.

    Feelings of anxiety, depression, uncertainty, despair, isolation, and persistent frustration or anger are indications that there is more going on than we consciously recognize.

    As your psychotherapist, I aim to facilitate a unique therapeutic dialogue—one that invites you to you to express your innermost thoughts and feelings. Through this process, complexities often become clearer and solutions appear. In time, you will discover your own voice.

    I believe that personal development and growth are possible, relevant, and rewarding at any stage of life, and I welcome working with you in pursuit of your personal and professional goals.

    I am passionate about the kind of therapy that fosters personal transformation. I believe that our own growth also touches those around us.

    My background in the arts, my training, and my clinical practice inform my philosophy and approach—as do my past experiences as a client in my own longstanding therapy.

    In the therapeutic space I provide, you can expect a non-judgmental and respectful environment where your journey is met with understanding and support.

    I offer a free 20-minute consultation. This is a chance for us to get to know each other, discuss your needs, and for you learn about my approach.

    Once you are ready, we will schedule weekly sessions which facilitate a more effective therapy journey.
