Psychotherapy is an exploration of what does not feel right in your life, in a safe and non-judgmental space. It provides a framework for recognizing those things that repeatedly get in your way. You might want a change but perhaps are not sure what that might look like or how to begin. Therapy can clarify your sense of meaning and purpose; it can deepen your relationship with self and others; it can significantly enhance your perception of the world around you.

Anxiety, depression, underemployment, chronic indecision, despair, loneliness and anger are all indications that there is more going on than we consciously know. I draw on my training and experience to understand your current difficulties and form treatment goals.

As your psychotherapist, I will guide you in a particular type of therapeutic conversation—one that encourages you to express your innermost thoughts and feelings. What has been complex becomes clear. In time you will discover your voice, and this leads to lasting change.

I believe that personal development and growth is possible, relevant, and rewarding at any stage of life. I believe in your right to thrive. And I welcome working with you in pursuit of your personal and professional goals.

I am passionate about the kind of therapeutic work that facilitates personal transformation. I believe that my work with clients has a ripple effect and extends to others in their lives. When we change, our circumstances—and people around us—change too.

My arts-based background, my training, and my ongoing clinical work inform both my philosophy and my approach—as do my lived experiences as a therapy client and parent. The current focus of my professional development is on the healing properties of psychedelics and related medicines, particularly when grounded in a psychotherapeutic context. The clinical space I provide is non-judgmental, and respectful.

My professional focus is currently on the healing properties of psychedelics and related medicines, particularly when grounded in a psychotherapeutic context. Psychedelic integration refers to the exploration and interpretation of experiences a client may have had—or intends to have—by means of a psychedelic medicine, or other technique which induces states of non-ordinary consciousness outside of the therapy setting. It does not include the distribution or administration of a psychedelic medicine by the therapist.

I provide preparatory and integrative services, until working directly with the medicines becomes legally possible. Psychedelic-assisted therapy can facilitate a profound and meaningful intrapersonal experience within a supportive, interpersonal, and therapeutic context. I believe this work has the potential to foster connection—to self, to other and to something greater than oneself—and holds great promise as an agent of deep and sustained healing.
