Psychotherapy is the exploration of what does not feel right in your life in a safe and non-judgmental space. It provides a framework for recognizing what gets in your way. You might want a change but are unsure how to begin. Therapy can clarify your sense of meaning and purpose; it can deepen your relationship with self and others; it can enhance your perception of the world around you.

Anxiety, depression, chronic indecision, despair, loneliness and lingering anger are all indications that there is more going on than we consciously know. I draw on my training and experience to understand your current difficulties and form treatment goals.
As your psychotherapist, I will guide you in a particular type of therapeutic conversation—one that encourages you to express your deepest thoughts and feelings. This way of working together gives voice to your innermost self and leads to personal growth and lasting change.
I believe that change is possible at any stage of life. I believe in your right to thrive. And I welcome working with you in pursuit of your personal and professional goals.
I am passionate about the kind of therapeutic work that can facilitate profound degrees of change. I believe that my work with clients has a ripple effect that extends into the broader world. When we change, our lives change–and this touches the lives of those around us.
My arts-based background, my training, and my ongoing clinical work inform both my philosophy and my approach–as do my lived experiences as a therapy client and a parent. The clinical space I provide is non-judgmental, and respectful.
I offer a free 20-minute consultation. This is a chance for us to get to know each other, discuss your needs, and for you learn about my approach.
Once you are ready, we will schedule weekly sessions which facilitate a more effective therapy journey.
Consultations and regular, 50-minute sessions are available online or by phone. Contact me at therapy@jenaledson.com to take the first step.
