Therapy can help you make more conscious choices, reconnect with your feelings and needs, and gain more insight into relationships. It can also help you deal with crisis, loss, trauma, and unhappiness as you develop relationships that are more meaningful. To be truly free one must explore one’s past self, understand one’s potential, gain hope, and face one’s truths. Through therapeutic talking you can come to a deeper understanding of who you are and what you truly desire.

    Issues I work with include:

    • Depression
    • Anxiety
    • Relationship Concerns
    • Stress
    • Fear
    • Trauma and PTSD
    • Anger and rage
    • Pain and loss
    • Discontentment and dissatisfaction
    • Unhappiness
    • Chronic illness
    • Work dissatisfaction
    • Relationship concerns
    • Eating disorders
    • Addictions

I offer therapeutic conversation in a safe, judgement-free space. Sessions are available online, by phone, and in person. As noted, I work with a wide range of concerns. You’re invited to reach out for a consultation at no charge if you would like to know more about my approach, or about the process of therapy.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist, located in Toronto, and am a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario as well as a member of the College of Social Workers of Ontario. Besides formal psychotherapy training my credentials include training in addictions, trauma, and mental health.

If you are interested in exploring therapy, please contact me through e-mail, text, or phone.

I offer a free consultation, which could take place online or in person at my office.

If you would like to schedule an initial consultation, you can contact me by email at or by phone/text at 416-254-9785.

I look forward to meeting with you.
