The purpose of psychotherapy is to help individuals realize their hopes and aspirations. Psychotherapy concentrates on healing the emotions, mind, and spirit. It involves a journey to the inner mind, where dynamic forces operate outside our conscious awareness.

Long-forgotten experiences may be exerting hidden influence. Bringing those experiences to light is often necessary for personal fulfillment.

The therapy process builds confidence and strengthens healthy emotional responses to everyday life. Therapy can open the way to improve relationships with others—and with yourself.

Inside each and every one of us there is a sixth sense that knows what we need. Through therapy we are able to access this place of our highest intelligence.

I am trained in and practice psychodynamic psychotherapy to assist individuals in their search for self-discovery and growth. This approach helps individuals explore how both their past and present-day experiences dictate and shape their lives. The aim of building more awareness and agency is the creation of a more fulfilling life.

How long does this work take? This depends on your goals and the circumstances you’re working to change. Therapy can be a short-term or a long-term process.
