I draw on my own journey through psychotherapy to be present in a compassionate and understanding way, fostering a deeper connection with clients and the world they live in. I am and have always been infinitely interested in people’s lives and their unique stories, which is why it is my passion to help my clients find ways to discover what brings meaning and joy to their lives.
While I enjoy working with people of all ages, I’m particularly passionate about helping young adults find their way.
