Psychotherapy can help make sense of what was, what is, and what may be possible, creating space for positive change. It can assist people struggling with depression, anxiety, anger, or simply being stuck, by bringing awareness to the patterns and issues that have been interfering with life’s fullness.

I approach each psychotherapeutic session with interest, curiosity, respect and kindness, creating a supportive and safe environment. I believe that through in-depth conversation, and revisiting long-established beliefs, we can work towards finding inner peace and your true self.

I draw on my own journey through psychotherapy to be present in a compassionate and understanding way, fostering a deeper connection with clients and the world they live in. I am and have always been infinitely interested in people’s lives and their unique stories, which is why it is my passion to help my clients find ways to discover what brings meaning and joy to their lives.

While I enjoy working with people of all ages, I’m particularly passionate about helping young adults find their way.

Being paired with the right therapist is crucial to the psychotherapeutic process. To that end, I offer a 30 minute consultation so we can meet, begin to get to know one another, and determine if I am the right fit for you.

If you’d like to schedule a consultation, please call me at 416-305-2322 or email me at jnorush@rogers.com.

I offer phone or Skype sessions.
